We welcome anyone who is interested in photography to join our club and enter the competition. Joining the club involves simply paying the annual $20 dues. Dues need to be paid at least a week before the competition. If you have not paid dues for this year, contact Carolyn.

Digital Entries

· Members may submit up to six (6) digital images, with a maximum of three (3) images in color and three (3) images in monochrome.

· Properly formatted images are to be sent as attachments in an email to the Digital Image chairperson (See email instructions below). Because the competition email is a gmail account, only 15MB can be sent at one time. Larger emails will be bounced by gmail. Send multiple emails as necessary to keep the size within limits.

· The digital image entry deadline is midnight of the Wednesday prior to the competition meeting.

Digital Entry Format

POC is not responsible for image adjustments (e.g., cropping, image size, etc.). Images not in compliance with the format guidelines listed in this document will be returned to the maker. Returned images may be properly formatted and re-submitted for competition (within the deadlines listed above).

Format:
· A maximum of 1024 pixels on the longest edge of the image.
· File type .JPG or .JPEG.
· Save in color space sRGB.
· Save in maximum resolution or without compression.
· Image name can be a maximum of 30 characters (including spaces), no punctuation, and please capitalize the first letter of each word in the title.
· Images should not exhibit the maker's signature, watermark or logo.

Email Body:
· The word “Color” or “Monochrome” (color and monochrome images should be submitted in separate emails with the word 'Color' or 'Monochrome' in the subject line)
· The words "Critique Only" (if image is not to be scored)
· Your name
· The meeting date (mm/dd/yy)
· The image title (must match exactly the attached image name)
